Referral and form records

Lake123 records privacy-minimized referral details such as the source, destination, campaign, placement, timestamps, and an opaque click ID. Personal guest details are not placed in referral links.

When you submit a guest request or partner introduction, the information you enter is stored so the appropriate operator can respond. Do not submit payment-card data, government identifiers, medical details, or other highly sensitive information.

AI answers and voice

Text questions may be processed by OpenAI to create an answer or summarize a request. Voice starts only after you press the microphone control and grant browser permission; audio and live transcription are processed for that interaction. A human handoff remains available when an answer or property action needs confirmation.

Protected business information

Owner, settlement, issue-management, and administrative records are protected by server-verified sessions and role checks. PINs are stored as hardened one-way verifiers, not readable PIN values.

Providers and retention

Lake123 uses OpenAI Sites infrastructure, OpenAI services for requested AI features, and the destination providers you choose to visit. Operational records are retained for the pilot, audit, fraud-prevention, and support periods appropriate to their purpose. Test data can be clearly marked and removed during pilot administration.

Questions or requests

Use the partner introduction form and identify the request as a privacy or data question. The pilot operator can then verify the requester and locate the applicable record.
